Very average..fine and clean. The check in, located at the property next door wasn't the most accommodating or friendly. Check in was quite slow because of regular signal issues with credit card machine.
Nice location! Room is little bit small and there was a closed door in my room. I could here the next doors talking. However friendly staff.
We were extremely disappointed by the manner in which we were treated by Heather at the restaurant during our breakfast . Her communication with us showed a serious deficiency in cultural awareness ; she was rude with racist undertones in her communication. Will not be recommending the resort especially to customers who are not Caucasian ! Rooms were clean and comfortable with all basic facilities needed . The restaurant serves delicious meals and caters for special dietary requirements, which was appreciated.
Reasonably priced, rooms comfortable. Good for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was excellent. Most staff were very kind and welcoming; aside from one named heather, an incredibly rude and racist lady who i wouldnt go near with a 10 foot pole, Id recommend you avoid her as well. Its amazing how one persons appalling attitude and backwards thinking can significantly affect a review of an otherwise lovely place.
Comfortable rooms though they are definitely not soundproof. I was woken up every morning by slamming doors, noisy guests and staff/tradies. Great location and is walking distance to eateries and shops. Heaps of parking on site. A/C could be colder. They have onsite laundry room which is very handy. I would skip the breakfast and go elsewhere as it is rather pricey for a cooked breakfast. Cleaning staff were thorough and fast.
