Have been there for one week and it was great. Very clean rooms good internet connection and clean bathroom. Everyone was very helpful and happy to help out!
We had booked a so called 'Chalet' for 5 days, for our family of 5 adults in High season. At arrival it looked like a cheap cabin. Inside not cleaned, the sliding doors didn't slide or close, poor beds and torned old linen, dating from the 80's. Loud music and lots of rumour from backpackers staying in the main house. No outside seats as showed online etc. We tried to complain and ask for cleaning at least, but front office was too busy with private phonecalls. So we left the property (we had paid 1st night $ 260, before arrival), nobody from the Pelicans Nest cared apparantly. Within half a hour we had find a splendid spic and span, new build apartment with sea view, for almost half the price!
Nice clean rooms, aircon, and a spacious bathroom. One street back from the foreshore so no traffic noise. Would absolutely choose again.
